Our Tuition Model

Our heart and commitment is to do everything within our power to make this education affordable for as many families as possible, while simultaneously paying our teachers well enough that they can make a long-term commitment to our school. Our tuition and fee numbers reflect careful planning and budgeting to ensure financial stability and that we’re providing a truly robust education.

Tuition for the current school year is $7,800 per student. Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $8,500 per student. There are no other fees (except the application fee). Families with more than four children may enroll additional children at no additional cost. Otherwise, we don’t offer discounted tuition for multiple students from a single family, but we strive to keep tuition as affordable as possible.

Submit an application to start the process.

The first step is to fill out the student application with a $100 application fee (per student). After these are received, a couple things will happen.  First, you’ll get an email from us thanking you for applying!  Second, we will send out two additional forms: a family application, and a parent statement for each parent to fill out.  Third, we will schedule an interview at the school for both parents and the child.  The interview gives the faculty and the parents the opportunity to ensure  that HCA is the best fit for your child.  If your child is accepted, you will receive formal notification of acceptance from the headmaster.

The Enrollment Process

The enrollment process is for those who have been accepted as students. In this, HCA ensures that we have everything we need to welcome your child on the first day of school.  Some of the things we will need are state required (like proof of vaccination), while others are needed by the school itself.  We will send out documents for you to review and sign and will request that you provide necessary supporting documents.
